Buyers Inspection
Note that this inspection is based on the observations made on the date of the inspection, and not a prediction of future conditions.
What will the home inspector look at during a buyers inspection?
During a buyers inspection, we will analyze each house differently, depending on many factors, such as if it has a single story, or a second story – for example.
However, in general, there is a basic checklist you can expect the home inspector to use when analyzing the home during the inspection:
- Exterior
- Crawlspace
- Attic
- Bathrooms
- Kitchen
- Interior Rooms
- Electrical Systems
- Heating And Cooling Systems
- Plumbing
The above list is not at all exhaustive. Every situation will be different, and will require more or fewer elements to be analyzed. If you want to find out more about what to expect during your home inspection, call us at 813-255-7666 and we can explain it to you in detail.
How long will a buyers inspection take?
Due to the multitude of factors involved in a home inspection, it can take anywhere between a few hours to an entire day, depending on the size and complexity of the property and the home. If you have a home inspection planned, the key is to put aside a sufficient amount of time so that you can be around when the home inspection takes place, and are able to thoroughly understand the process from start to finish. This will also allow you enough time to ask all your questions, and find out all the relevant information.
